an old 50's split-window.
im not a bug expert, so perhaps any resident bug pros can enlighten me as to the model. i do recall him saying that this was the rarest model of split-window beetle produced, it had the smallest production run.
all restored and original - even had signal lights that popped out from the side of the door to flash, lol.

anyways, posting this because how 'vintage' it turned out.
cheers,
-gabriel

I'm not a Bug Pro soz! :) (Smile) But this one looks indeed in great shape! B/W looks great also, gives an vintage look.

Great Picture. I know nothing about beetles, except that they're cool. The picture does have a vintage look, very appropriate. I like it a lot.

Very vintage. Difficult to tell the model, but my guess is, if it is as you say a 50s bug and a split window, then its probably a 1200cc. The turn signals on these werecalled semaphores ;) (Wink)

A split window is one of the best, damn hard to parellel park tho LOL ;) (Wink)
